⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ As a first-time U-Haul customer, the pickup and drop-off process was a little confusing for me at first. However, I found the drop-off process to be much easier. There was a lady there whose name I unfortunately didn’t get, but she was so sweet, helpful, and willing to take over and make sure everything was taken care of. I truly appreciated her kindness and assistance! If the person I was with hadn’t been in a rush, I would have loved to stay a little longer to hear any feedback or tips on what I could do better next time. I like to be thorough and make sure I understand the process, especially when trying something new. Overall, I appreciate the service I received, and I would definitely use this U-Haul location again! Thank you to the staff member who made my first experience a little easier. 😊

JOHN PI had originally rented a u-haul in Flushing. Later I received a phone call that there has been a mistake the truck will not be available on this date. Option was to go to Burton to pick up a u-haul or change my date. I expressed that is quite a big difference in miles from Flushing to Burton. Manager was able to give me a discount. Upon arrival in Burton we explained the inconvenience of this situation. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this U-Haul store to friends and family.
