CHRISTOPHER BThe truck I was given did not have a backup camera, the check engine light was on and when applying brakes the truck pulled to the left. None of these were issues that the location I went to fault. U-haul brought them these trucks. This one need service. Ive been to the same location 4 times in the last couple of months renting a 10' truck each time and had no issues until this. The store is great, the staff are nice and friendly and try to please.

DAVID SI would recommend renting from this company - the gentleman that was in charge of the uhaul rentals was very polite and efficient, i was able to pick up the trailer in less than 30 minutes, and returning it the next day was even easier. i would highly recommend using this group if they have the equipment you are looking for, i will for sure use them again when the time comes!

JOHN MThey did not have my 5x8 trailer size available despite inventory saying they did. He offered to give me a 6x12 trailer at the same price, to which I agreed. However I received my invoice and was charged for a 6x12 trailer. Please call me to correct the charge. The check-in process took a very long time. When I returned the trailer during normal working hours no one was there and there was a sign on the door that they closed for the afternoon. I had to unhitch and position the trailer myself, which was quite strenuous. I will not rent from here again. In fact, I have a trailer rental pickup on 12/29 and am driving three times as far to pick up at a more professional location. Please call me to correct the billing on this rental.

ELLEN PThe only issue is that the guy check in the truck out put me as coming back at 1:40 PM, which is only three hours and 40 minutes instead of the 12 hours that I was guaranteed. I had to wait on hold for you uhaul to fix the Bill so I could check out.
