Make sure the change engine oil soon is taken care of. It's annoying to see red warning, most people won't push buttons trying to make it go away.
Herman MI think you need to check the transmission on our truck. It seemed like every gear shift was a chore for the engine. You could hear it straining for a good 5 - 10 seconds before it would shift. Also, the wind noise was horrible. At 55 mph on the highway, it was giving us a headache. The rest of my experience was top-notch, though.

Jaimin PClosed at 1 pm on Saturday - I would think Saturday is the busiest day for uhaul. We did not have interaction with any personnel so a yes/no review is in accurate.

BRIAN CWindsheild wipers were very bad. Caught a heavy down poor and they were smearing causing loss of vision. Other than that it was tough without cruise control. Econo fuel gauge is worthless gimmick. Have a good one.

PAUL BMy original reservation was at t&d automotive, I booked online using the uhaul website. It allowed my reservation to be booked on a day the automotive location was closed (which I didn’t realize beforehand), so when I arrived and used the uhaul app to check in it immediately prompted me to contact customer service. That was when I found out they could not provide a key at that location to the equipment because there was no contactless Dropbox. The customer service rep very quickly found me a new reservation at this location, the packing store on Clyo, and the rest was easy. I would just adjust settings for t&d automotive so that no one else books on a Sunday and you’re good to go.

DONNA MWhen I arrived at the location, I found out the truck I had rented was not available and my reservation had been moved to another location without my approval. I looked and I had received an email about the move, but I don't feel the system should have allowed me to make the reservation if the truck was not at this location. Also, the truck I picked up had a little over 1/4 tank of gas which caused me to have to stop at the beginning of my trip for fuel. This made it difficult to judge how much fuel to put in the tank in order to return it at the same level.
DAVID DThe lady at the counter is not very polite. She could use some lessons in customer service. After returning the truck I was charged for three gallons of gas even though I only drove 17 miles total. I suggest using the Uhaul on 741 in Miamisburg. They were friendly and helpful.
WILLIAM RThe equipment was fine and the location convenient. I had a one-way truck rental. The people checking the truck out to me apparently made some error in the dropoff location. I returned the truck to the location specified on the sheet they printed out for me, but was told there that it was the wrong location - same city, just wrong uhaul outlet.

ROBERT BThe question of amount of gas was frustrating. The tank supposedly was 3/4 full. I drove a total of 25 miles. I put in 3 gallons of gas and they said It was’t 3/4 full upon return and charged me for 2 more gallons. I drove 25 miles only??? Small issue overall, but it’s the principle. Everything else was great. Thank you.
