It would be better if you still had a paper form to fill out for after hours drop off vs forcing customers to use their phone.

Truck was ready and clean but was not at the location we requested. Also behind cashier counter was an open office that looked like a hoarder lived there. There were double doors to that room. May want to think about keeping them closed or not be so oblivious to the mess and get to cleaning. Your office sets the presidence of how u run your business!

There was some confusion about truck designation versus truck size.

Lower the cents per mileage. Between the 99 cents per mile fee, gas, and the rental fee, it makes for a pretty hefty moving fee on top of all the other moving expenses that can occur.

Excellent service and clean, well maintained truck. Helped make moving day a success.

The truck was ready for pick-up on-time & the drop-off could not have been easier. I pulled up in front of the front door, the staff parked for me & I was on the road in less than 5 minutes. Excellent.

My only complaint with the whole process was I was on a time crunch and had a limited time schedule they were late opening . However everything worked out.

Ouch! Nice people but...I had forgotten the mercenary costs of renting a UHaul truck. Truck rental fee $29.95 a day; mileage .99 a mile; insurance if you want it $14.00. And you better make sure to top the gas off because they will charge you $3.75 a gallon (clearly stated in the contract) but they do it by where the fuel needle resides. Example, the needle on the fuel gauge said 3/4s on my rental. UHaul says that is a use of 7.4 miles a gallon. So they charged me 7.4 x $3.75 a gallon for $27.75. But my total mileage was only 37.4 miles. That's three and three quarters miles per gallon. They claimed the truck only gets about 8 miles a a gallon. So, they can only conclude I must have driven the car in tow mode...I turned off tow mode...or that I left the care idling while it sat...I also did not do that. Bottom line is buyer beware. There are multiple opportunities to gouge you if you aren't on your A game. (1) be thoroughly familiar with the trucks condition before you leave the lot (2) Know where the fuel gauge was to start (3) know exactly where the fuel gauge was when you returned (4) turn off the tow mode (5) know you may only get 8 miles to a gallon (6) make sure you top off the gas before bringing the truck back. My total bill for 3 1/2 hours and 37.4 miles was $115.69. These trucks get the job done but they are costly, poor performers and the customer will pay for that. I will use them again because I am better prepared now. But I couldn't recommend them to friends.

Charged me a $26 fee for cleaning truck. The truck was cleaner when I dropped it off than when I picked it up. I also left them with more fuel than they gave me. Can I charge them for that?

This Uhaul location is excellent. Their staff are courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. The equipment is clean, current, and mechanically sound. I've used them several times and will use them again if the need arises.

Employee checked brake lights on trailer as I pressed the brakes when I picked up trailer, told me all was working; but after I stopped first time for gas discovered right brake light was in deed not working. This was not good, especially as we drove thru a blizzard in Tenn.

Did an after hours drop off which was very easy to do after a long day.

Left rear tires had only 25 psi air. Had to pump them up before traveling.
