As it was explained to us when we picked up the truck, we were charged for 199 miles and we would receive a refund if we drove less than 199 miles. We drove 170 miles, but I don’t see a refund for 29 miles on the receipt

There is nothing to improve. Picking up the truck was very simple and quick. The rental is very reasonable and explained in detail. Check out was more quick and simple than it has been ever before. And to receive the final bill of what you owe via email is very convenient. I found this to be the best experience I’ve had for renting the U-Haul truck, and I will go back to this location and do it again.
