The truck was returned the same way I got it and still got a $5 cleaning fee and a $1 environtmental fee. Not sure why I got charged either or why those weren't in the initial pricing but I assume you all need to make an extra buck. The cab itself was stained and disgusting. Lady behind the counter was really rude to the man in front of me. She was fine with me.

CHRISTOPHER CWas not aware the pickup location was closed on the day selected, however the mobile pickup option was available. Thus, it took about a half hour to jump through all the hoops to get the code for the truck key. And didn’t know I had to wait until one hour or less to start the mobile pickup process. Otherwise the rental truck was perfectly fine.
