How U-Haul Reviews WorkGave me a trailer that was unsafe to drive and to secure cargo. Trailer had a wheel-hop so bad that cargo couldn’t be secured in place. It would shake loose. Had to swap out for another trailer from Beavercreek U-Haul. Clyo still wants to charge me for the trailer I couldn’t use.
Jerold RThe truck was returned the same way I got it and still got a $5 cleaning fee and a $1 environtmental fee. Not sure why I got charged either or why those weren't in the initial pricing but I assume you all need to make an extra buck. The cab itself was stained and disgusting. Lady behind the counter was really rude to the man in front of me. She was fine with me.
