The staff seemed to be somewhat "put out" when I arrived. They were busy with multiple tasks and did not seem to care that I was there to rent a trailer even though I had made a reservation online. It was also pouring down rain when I returned the trailer and they did not want to go out in the rain upon my return.

The auto trailer malfunctioned. I am not sure if it was faulty equipment or poor maintenance, but it resulted in a massive delay to our travels and having to get a new trailer.

I used the 24/7 pickup and they gave me an invalid code. After multiple tries and an hour on hold with 3 different employees, I went home and returned the next morning to pick up the truck when employees were on site.

Hire friendlier employees. And lower your rates.. $50 to borrow a truck for an hour and a half, staying in the local area is outrageous.
