Was not aware the pickup location was closed on the day selected, however the mobile pickup option was available. Thus, it took about a half hour to jump through all the hoops to get the code for the truck key. And didn’t know I had to wait until one hour or less to start the mobile pickup process. Otherwise the rental truck was perfectly fine.

Joe CParking lot is a little tight. It would be better and safer for everyone if they backed the trucks in to make it easier for customers to exit. Most people aren't used to backing up big trucks in close quarters.
