Parking lot is a little tight. It would be better and safer for everyone if they backed the trucks in to make it easier for customers to exit. Most people aren't used to backing up big trucks in close quarters.

Gary GAs it was explained to us when we picked up the truck, we were charged for 199 miles and we would receive a refund if we drove less than 199 miles. We drove 170 miles, but I don’t see a refund for 29 miles on the receipt
