The lady at the counter is not very polite. She could use some lessons in customer service. After returning the truck I was charged for three gallons of gas even though I only drove 17 miles total. I suggest using the Uhaul on 741 in Miamisburg. They were friendly and helpful.

The equipment was fine and the location convenient. I had a one-way truck rental. The people checking the truck out to me apparently made some error in the dropoff location. I returned the truck to the location specified on the sheet they printed out for me, but was told there that it was the wrong location - same city, just wrong uhaul outlet.
