The staff is unprepared and have no idea how the equipment works. They need training. They installed the auto transport incorrectly and we had a cross country drive ahead of us and it was really scary. We had to stop at the UHaul in Barstow to be helped but the guy was even worse. At least the Uhaul chat rep was helpful and guided us through our pictures. This is insane. We could’ve lost my car. Also as a side note, no one wants to smell like onions and peppers right before a 12 hour drive. That restaurant lady made us wait in that crammed space for almost an hour and our clothes and hair smelled so gross when we got back in the truck. I hated every minute of it. Terrible experience Uhaul.
