Jason CNot what I was expecting for a Uhaul location (this was a fast food place), but the check in person was efficient and knew what she was doing. The person who helped with the trailer did not know how to hook up properly, but my husband does. The pick up location was changed and I didn't know about this until I went to the original place I signed up with and after 20 minutes was told "We don't have trailers".
