Mark OBoth of the employees at this location were really engaging and were a pleasure to talk to. You do have to go into the office to pick up the vehicle. On the website, it made it sound like you can do it remotely, but that is not the case.

Gaylord OMileage on the vehicle was incorrect. I was unable to correct the mileage using the app, but it was corrected by the agent upon returning the vehicle.

sandy fThe truck and the windshield were dirty. Not that bad, but not clean. The problem was that there was no washer fluid so I was not able to clean off the windshield. Minor point, but worth noting.
Thomas STire has low air pressure but they fixed that immediately and everything worked great! Always check to make sure any equipment with your rental is in the cargo area before you leave. But overall great experience every easy to check the vehicle out and check it back in through the app. would recommend and will be using again!
Clay JSlow computer while waiting for a UHaul rental. 30 minutes to rent a van! I was late to my schedule appointment. Reserved in advance and still took 1/2 hour. Employee states its their data base software, sure it is!

Greg BIt was fine but someone took my brothers hat that he accidentally left in the car after drop off. I have a photo of it in the locked car after we dropped the keys in and when he came at 8 to get it, it was magically gone.
Morgan POver the last several months i have rented a van 5 or 6 times for use in my business. after renting from several stores closer to my location , I recommend the U-Haul store at the Rental Place in Sonoma. My experience has been great. The service is fast, friendly & consistent. I don’t mind going the extra distance for the quality of service.

Shawn QI tried to reserve a truck online and over the phone but was repeatedly told I could only pick up from a location 20 minutes away. The manager at The Rental Place was very helpful. He went out of his way to help solve my problem.
Christine LThey couldnt find the key for over an hour. The truck had 1/4 tank of gas in it, mosy likely because the previous renter didnt report that the hose running into the fuel tank had been cut! When I went to put gas in it, it poured out onto the ground. The truck was COVERED in claim stickers, dirty in the cab and the back had not been swept out at all. The whole vehicle was just trashed. It took 3 hours to get someone to my home to put a quick fix on the fuel hose which caused a huge delay in moving. This was the worst uhaul experience ive ever had and completely unacceptable.
