DANIEL BThe right blinker did not work when I picked the trailer up. It was the only 5 x 8 so I was forced to use it. (Bulb not accessible to replace) It was infested with black ants on the inside that I had to clean out before use. And it was absolutely nasty on the outside. It has not seen water since the last rain. The only tie downs (rings or clip on adjustments) are on the floor making tieing anything tall down suspect at best. I used the trailer to transport two dirt bikes to a local state for a week. The trip up was successful. The trip back failed, causing my motorcycles to be on top of one another when I got home. 😡 Also, $24.95 times six days is 149.70 plus tax and that is very fair. However, I did not know about the $48 tow coverage charge as I supplied my own hitch and ball. In closing, I would use U-Haul again if I had to, but I will probably wind up buying my own. Darren C.

RICHARD LTHIS IS NOT A REVIEW FOR THE SHIP STATION. The Ship Station was extremely helpful and courteous. I had to book another trailer at the Ship Station due to the very poor service that I experienced at GAINESVILLE TIRE STOP 3171 ATLANTA HWY GAINESVILLE, GA 30507 I arrived and waited well over a half hour to get any kind of assistance. When the person did finally try to help he was rude and completely apathetic to the fact that he didn’t have the proper wire to hook up the brake lights. He told me that “Uhaul will call you “to complete the paperwork . They never did. I disconnected the trailer because I wasn’t going to pull the trailer anyway without proper tail lights. 1. Unsafe 2. Illegal. Bottom line, The Gainesville Tire Stop should not be representing Uhaul! Rude, Apathetic, unprofessional.

NKWEMIMEH PRight taillight was not working upon hook up. I reported it to the attendant, she came out, beat on it, said “it’s working”. We intermittently had problems with it throughout the trip. It needs to be fixed properly. Location does not offer near the professionalism as the place I tried to rent, which is in Buford on HWY 20.

WAGNER GI rented a UHaul for a neighboring nonprofit resale boutique to allow us a storage space while updates and maintenance projects were completed inside. I was told at checkout I would not be charged for an extra day if I had the rental back by 1pm, instead of the scheduled 9am, but that turned out not to be the case. I had said I would pay the extra day, no problem, but was assured it would not be an issue. A little disappointed to see the change in the final receipt after that conversation.
SARAH GDidn't have pads/dolly onsite so I had to go to another location, but check-out of equipment was smooth & easy.

Carlos RUhaul has done an amazing job embracing technology and keeping relevant in changing times. I like technology and I was able to never interact with anyone to start and complete my Uhaul rental. Mobile applications ran flawlessly. Impressive that a legacy truck rental company is now a software company that rents trucks! Kudos!

YVONNE JThere was a snake in the back of the truck. The truck had its windows cracked, and they smell from the vehicle was horrible. And I used less time and the woman would not give me credit. It took me over 45 minutes to pick up the vehicle and so I lost 45 minutes of Usage.
Stephanie PCharge me for 6 gallons of gas? I only went 12 miles round-trip, and put in a few gallons before returning. There is no way that thing gets 2 miles to the gallons, or that I used more gas than I put into it.
NOAH KRented about 2 months ago and had a nice experience. Even brought the UHaul back a couple of minutes before close on a Saturday and they were nice enough to stay and close it out before they left. Would recommend!

PEDRO RI have rented U-Haul several times this year and this is the first time I was charged a double amount for a holding fee which is ridiculous then to top it off the ac unit in the vehicle did not work! And no remorse from the staff cab smelt like cat pee
