When selecting my return time it did not advise me of a change of location. Received a personal text message asking me to drop off the vehicle at a different location than I had selected AFTER I was in the Uber to the airport. Message was apparently sent earlier but was not received on my phone. U-Haul sign was present at The Showroom Collective and when I went to check my vehicle it was showing the different location to return it to which prevented me from completing the check in process as I was unaware that I was supposed to return it to a different location. Therefore I just dropped the keys in the slot and went to the airport.

locating a truck was challenge. the reservation that was originally done in person in Langley was created with the wrong date. We were then told there was no truck available in the lower mainland and the closest truck was in the okanagan. We then searched online and found the the truck we rented. Seems to me that the person we spoke to didn't care that the original reservation had the wrong date and didn't provide much effort to find a truck in a hurry because we needed the truck immediately
Allen LTruck was not ready in morning so i had to change it to afternoon. My whole day got spoiled due to this changes. Alot of inconvenience
