I paid for a furniture dolly, but it wasn't in the truck. The gas tank was only at half, and I was told I could drop off the truck at a different location, but when I go there they said there would be a $300 fee! The other place said the 1st place should have explained that and given me a hard copy of my info, which they did not. I would like to be refunded for any fees associated for late return, as I was on-time to the Millard location, but not willing to pay an extra $300! Also, I would like refunded for the dolly I paid for but didn't get. Lastly, I want to be sure I wasn't charged for a full tank of gas when I only started with half. I'm not very happy.

dejon mThere was a lot of time spent to drop off the vehicle, particularly with photos of mileage and gas level, and outside the vehicle. I had to use the app to return the vehicle as the store was closed. Thankfully there was a QR code by the door that gave me the instructions because it was difficult to access the website (which has many other sites that are not part of UHaul and ask for credit card information). They were pedaling a $20 discount for dropping it off. I don't know if I did or will receive that discount.

MAURICE SThe rental was overpriced then I was forced to take the rental for five days which I only needed it for 12 hours so you guys extremely overcharged me which the truck or the van moving van should only charge me 100 and something in the eyes end up charging me almost $800. We’re basically 12 hour service of the truck.
