Audrey RBest U-Haul location I’ve ever rented from.
Buckley MI paid for a furniture dolly, but it wasn't in the truck. The gas tank was only at half, and I was told I could drop off the truck at a different location, but when I go there they said there would be a $300 fee! The other place said the 1st place should have explained that and given me a hard copy of my info, which they did not. I would like to be refunded for any fees associated for late return, as I was on-time to the Millard location, but not willing to pay an extra $300! Also, I would like refunded for the dolly I paid for but didn't get. Lastly, I want to be sure I wasn't charged for a full tank of gas when I only started with half. I'm not very happy.
