There was a lot of time spent to drop off the vehicle, particularly with photos of mileage and gas level, and outside the vehicle. I had to use the app to return the vehicle as the store was closed. Thankfully there was a QR code by the door that gave me the instructions because it was difficult to access the website (which has many other sites that are not part of UHaul and ask for credit card information). They were pedaling a $20 discount for dropping it off. I don't know if I did or will receive that discount.
