I used the website to reserve my uhaul rental from a location closest to my apartment and selected a 10 foot uhaul to move my belongings, I let the website know that I would be traveling from Barboursville to Gauley Bridge to my new apartment, however there were no drop off locations close to my new place, so I had to travel all the way back to Charleston from Gauley Bridge to drop off the uhaul, I was charged an excessive amount of money for this experience and was also charged for so called extra miles after dropping off the uhaul at the closest location. My experience with uhaul is very disappointing after this ordeal, considering I was charged over $250 just to rent a 10 foot uhaul to move my belongings and also had to get gas before returning, in no way should renting a 10 foot uhaul for about 5 hours or less should run anyone that much money unless they require movers for help, which I did not because I had help moving my belongings. I will never be using uhaul ever again after this experience. Worst experience in my life, highly would not recommend.
