The location I picked up from was great. Truck was fine too. I would say I’m just disappointed in the price gouging I experienced for this rental. It’s crazy that in a week a rental triples from the price I looked at before. Very disappointed with your company. I will never rent from you all again I would rather pay the 15 grand I was quoted by a moving company than use a U-Haul truck ever again. Your price hikes during this time were on the level of criminal.
