Fix the app and website. I spent over 30 minutes trying to return the van. I tried using both app and website and they both would crash or the screen would go white. This needs to be fixed. Literally the only reason I won't recommend U-Haul.Justin A.

Employee was so rude and unpleasant as well as unprofessional. I came in and she was working in her pajamas. She gave me a truck where the back door was jammed and the truck had no gas in it and I went back inside to tell her, she turned into a monster. It was clear that she had an attitude problem and started knocking over things before she gave me another key. ...THEN, she came out from around the desk and locked the door behind me. THEN she came outside fluffing and mumbling because she had to park the first truck she gave back almost hitting me. When we got there, I tried to access the box to get the keys, I had an issue trying to unlock the box. A lady was working behind the desk inside. The door was locked (during normal business hours) so I knocked and she came to the door. I told her I was here to pick up my truck and she said: â€œUse your phoneâ€. After that I followed the direction that Uhaul instructed and it resulted in us having to get the lady behind the desk again. She had a stand off personality with her nonverbal cues such as eye rolling and limited conversation. At the end of the interaction, I said have a nice day and she ignored me completely. Other than that, truck drove great and very well priced rental.Michael K.
Truck was dirty. Both in cab & cargo area. Helpers that came to move took 15 mins to clean the cargo area. 2nd part the truck is not maintained at all. As stuff are loaded got â€œCheck Brake warningâ€ & went away after we reached destination and unloading. Also the cabin smelled really bad like somebody smoked in there. I drove the whole way with windows down in this cold weather & still I could smell it. Lastly I had requested furniture pads in my reservation & as I got there they informed me that they don't have any. I had to move stuff with some blankets, but wasn't enough. I have lot of scratches on my furniture now. Why take reservation when you can't fulfill. Overall pretty bad experience with this Uhaul.Avinash P.

Next time make sure u charge people properly I said I didn't want the insurance coverage and I was charged $100 anyway then told there was nothing they could do. I dropped off the vehicle after hours on Sunday and checked it in online. However, I have still not received an email receipt from that location that I dropped off the vehicle. Overall I was not very happy with this experience with UHaul. I have used UHaul in the past out of Chicago, IL and never had an issue. I will rethink using UHaul in the future.Ericka M.

The facility was closed when I arrived, U-Haul was experiencing computer and phone issues. I could not contact anyone at the central customer care center or officially return the truck. Overall it was very frustrating, after finally being able to contact someone at the origin station my questions were answered. The Columbus, OH facility at least answered their phone lines while this location did not. I called the U-Haul central customer care center after waiting on hold for 45 minutes, I finally reached someone. They did not try to help but immediately transferred my call to the Canton, MI location. My overall wait time for this one call was in excess of 2 hours.Charles Z.
