I returned the car with more gas in it. The car was driven by someone and I get charged for that. I called, the waiting was very very long. My problem just put in the system and I did not got my money back. I do not recommend uhaul for any one. There is no honesty and people are not friendly. The service is extremely poor.Muaiad A.

As a first time renter a U-Haul truck, I am very disappointed with your company especially on the customer service end.KIMBERLY DENISE C.
The facility was closed when I arrived, U-Haul was experiencing computer and phone issues. I could not contact anyone at the central customer care center or officially return the truck. Overall it was very frustrating, after finally being able to contact someone at the origin station my questions were answered. The Columbus, OH facility at least answered their phone lines while this location did not. I called the U-Haul central customer care center after waiting on hold for 45 minutes, I finally reached someone. They did not try to help but immediately transferred my call to the Canton, MI location. My overall wait time for this one call was in excess of 2 hours.Charles Z.

The associate at the rental place was not very helpful, called with a concern instead of doing her best to help, she sent me on the way to another helper. And when I called back later there was no answer. However I was able to reach Uhaul Customer service line to get resolutionISIAKA A.

This Great!! However getting there was the hardest part the agent that booked the van gave us the location on Sheldon Road address after wasting 45 minutes we come to find out that it was at the other location because the agent on the phone gave us the wrong address I have use you have for the past 20 some years I've never encountered this kind of mistake it was both very aggravating and a complete waste of time and being that she emailed us the wrong address I need to know what are you gonna do to remedy this situation if you're going to compensate for the one hour we were wasted just trying to get to the right place your response would be greatly appreciated. The "After Hours" check-in process did not go well. I phoned (2) separate customer service reps and neither could help. The links did not work and I stayed in the Uhaul parking lot for 30 min trying to go thru the process! Please re-visit this process and refine it!!!!!anthony S.

Easy-peasy! Two Home Depot sites had not vans to rent, so i remembered U-haul. Rates as just as competitive, one call to reserve on-line at the closest site, went there and van was ready. Local manager and services was great. Would recommend again.Christophertodd L.

This is the second u-haul vehicle I check this week and both of them substantially overestimated the fuel in the tank by at least 1/8 of a the tank. I am sure it is intentional. The first one I complained to the office and they adjusted it on-site. The second one asked me to go online by following some link they sent me via SMS. I followed the link but found no place where I could adjust the fuel. I was running out of time so I just gave up and returned it full as was "given to me". I am extremely dissatisfied with such cheap deceit. I have the time-stamped pics of the fuel before and after if proof is needed.Hossam A.

I was told u-haul does not like pay cards, i have a pay card which is a visa excepted anywhere. They put a 100.00 dollar hold on my card and said it would be returned as soon as i brought the truck back, untrue! They are now telling me it will take 3 to 5 buisness days to return my money, it took them 1 minute to take it out so why 3 to 5 days to put it back.. And the truck has transmission problems, i was worried for the few hrs i had it.. I will definitely find another rental place next time i need a truck!Sheryl H.
