The uhaul pick up location was good and the man who helped me was great. The uhaul rental experience itself was difficult because the lock would not open so it took an hour just to pick up my uhaul which severely delayed everything and took up an hour of my rental time. The lock ended up being sawed off and it was inconvenient to have to go through that on moving day.

Steven CThe pick up site was odd and confusing. At first we didn’t know what to do but then some random person told us we could take the U-Haul.
Drew HThe price I was quoted and on my reservation was tripled at pickup. I spent almost an hour trying to understand why the cost went from $564 to $1,744. Eventually I was given a rate of $616, which was still more than my quote or reservation. It was a very frustrating experience and one I will not repeat, and I will share this experience on social media for others as a warning.
