This location didn’t provide the lockbox code for the key to the moving truck. As well, the truck was not parked where it was supposed to be, which made things even more confusing for both pick up and drop off.

This was a new location. It took over an hour to figure out how to pay due to the system not accepting my Visa card. My card worked other places. There was only one customer service person attending to multiple people. I was treated nicely but like I was not very smart. This was the worst experience I have had with UHall over the years.
