I did the pre-check-in on the website, but when I got there, I couldn’t get it to work so I had to get assistance inside the gentleman that helped me was was very good

There was an administrative delay in picking up the truck. Returning the truck involved a lengthy process of taking a lot of photos. Cumbersome

Experience with the UPS store employees was excellent. Experience with u-haul online support and the u-haul app was atrocious. Would not recommend uhaul, especially the app pick up, to anyone.
