Immediate availability and great communication. Ease or rental was greatly appreciated. There was another u-haul location closer to my move that gave such poor customer support, the 6 mile to get to this location was extremely appreciative and service is what i would expect and what was given made this move go through with ease. Would thousand percent recommend this specific location.

Everything was excellent, communication was great. my app wouldn’t work it glitched past the check in and said i was dispatched out before even giving me code to get the key to truck, then he knew code so he gave me keys we start the truck and i was like omg barley any gas and so i took my own pics, all the owner said was put a lil gas back in it, well i did. and it was exactly where it was when i got it and Uhaul tried to charge me $50 in gas !!! what!! because their last pic shows the gas was full, this owner just drive the truck from an hour away to bring it to us at this location.
kailey sI have picked a uhaul up from this location twice this year and there hasn't ever been anyone there. The first time they had an emergency with their business and the second time they said they were at lunch. The process of scanning your license and using the lockbox to get the key isn't ideal for someone not very versed with technology. Other than that, I can say that both times I picked up there, the vehicles are newer and in better shape. I'm not sure if this is just a coincidence, but I do appreciate that very much.

Todd BI think $1.19 per mile is a little ridiculous. Especially when you rent a truck for a week, its only .75 cents per mile.
