I have picked a uhaul up from this location twice this year and there hasn't ever been anyone there. The first time they had an emergency with their business and the second time they said they were at lunch. The process of scanning your license and using the lockbox to get the key isn't ideal for someone not very versed with technology. Other than that, I can say that both times I picked up there, the vehicles are newer and in better shape. I'm not sure if this is just a coincidence, but I do appreciate that very much.

No open at drop off
Todd BI think $1.19 per mile is a little ridiculous. Especially when you rent a truck for a week, its only .75 cents per mile.
