I was given a truck that hardly started. Horrible experience. My suggestion is more maintenance on your trucks

The agent accidentally checked in and checked out this reservation. So this reservation really not happen. And it took me another 45 minutes to get a new reservation instantly via phone. And I also charged with coverage with the second reservation without asking me, which I planned not to get like I put online on the first.

alvin tGreat service! The agent was extremely helpful! My reservation had got changed to a 10PM pickup without me noticing. Despite showing up much earlier than anticipated they were able to accommodate me and updated my reservation on my behalf. The drop-off process went much quicker than anticipated.
Kelly PThe staff in the Thousand Spices North were not knowledgeable on how to use the U Haul system. They had to call someone to walk them through the computer program.

Apart from that u-haul messed up my reservations as this location didn’t have a furniture pad I requested initially from 50th street before u-haul changed my pick up location from 50th to this thousandspice location.
