This place was fine and even worked with me when I needed an extra day and they were closed. I was able to pick up and drop off due to the online option. I am however not happy with UHAUL as a company. I chose to wait to make reservations until I knew i needed and did not want to make a reservation I may not need but unfortunately in today’s world you have to be selfish to get what you need. I went into a store and was told I could only rent it out for 8 hours possibly 24hours at the lated. I sat in the parking lot WITH at least 10 to 15 uhaul trucks(multiple sizes) sitting there plus other being returned in the time frame of making multiple calls to uhaul to get them to approve me for 2 days. Just to drive by 2 other locations with 10 to 15 uhauls with trucks sitting. It should not matter how long a person needs to use your truck if they are paying. I also should not have to plan a month or 2 in advance when in today’s world nothing ever goes how it is planned to go.

The site is fine but I didn't want to use this site as it is not convenient. I placed a reservation months in advance and asked to have the trailer at another site and two days before my rental I am told I have to use this location which is a good twenty minutes away. I placed the reservation well in advance but didn't get the location I asked for. Haul is lucky that they are one of the only places you can rent from now. I will look at alternatives in the future.

LYNDA NThe customer service was good but the ramp on the U-Haul was very slick and dangerous. My boyfriend fell really hard and broke his finger. There needs to be a slick hazard on that ramp. He also doesn’t have health insurance so it costs more money to go to the doctor,

KEVIN BI had reserved a truck in Coralville, IA and the day before I received a call stating that the 10' truck I reserved would not be available. I was given a reasonable solution... a larger truck in Moline, but was given the rate I reserved and free miles to cover my travel to and from this pick-up location in Moline. The staff at Thunder Road Hobbies was prompt, thorough, and kind. He explained everything and wished me a safe journey!
