The overall experience was fine; there were a lot of frustrations in the beginning trying to use the app to check in through the app. The parking lot is super tight so trying to get pictures was hard and then the app was not accepting the pre-trip photos I was trying to take of the truck. After over 30 minutes of trying to get the app to work I said I am OVER it and took picture myself to store on my phone and skipped all the pre-trip photos in the app. It would have been easier to do all the paperwork at the location instead of through the app! I skipped all the pre-trip pictures in the app; we took the truck and went on our way! We got done what we needed to get done and returned the truck. The post trip inspections of course on the app went smoothly without a problem, but the pre-trip photos didn't want to save in the pp.

We were supposed to pick up at 8. We got there later than 8. Guy who works it was not there. We had to wait awhile for him to show up. His neighbor bussiness told us he had left at 7:45 for a doctor's appointment. He did not cone back until after 9. We should have been called. Someone else should have worked it. Something. This completely delayed out start we had two trips to make and roughly 6 hours of travel time. So unprofessional.

Doug CNone of the equipment I ordered was in the truck. So packing took longer than expected, it forces me to miss a full day of work because it took longer. When I called Uhaul about picking up equipment to unload the truck I was told I could not do that. So unloading also took longer than expected.

Tim LAlthough I got the truck that’s was needed, I did not appreciate the extra hour out of my way it took to get the truck. The truck was booked over the phone (not online) - so I would expect a truck to be at the location I rented it from. The day before I’m supposed to pick it up I get a call that there are “no trucks” at my rental location. I did get a truck but had to drive 30 minutes farther to pick it up and another 30 to come back to load it. THAT IS REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Uhaul should have been the ones to get it to the proper location (not the customer). Other than that it was a good experience.
