Even though the office was closed due to the Covid pandemic, Andrew got the truck ready for me and rented to me anyway. He really saved my neck. He even lent me a couple of ratchet straps to hold the freezer I bought. Great customer serviceJim R.

Labor Day weekend 2019: I had no idea is a busy weekend to rent a U-Haul, but Andrew Phillippi made it happen for me. Extremely helpful and friendly! My mom has had a storage unit with the Alder Avenue, Tiger Storage for a few years. When she was hospitalized for a long period last year, I handled her bills. It was during that time I experienced first hand the exceptional customer service that this Tiger Storage provides. Recently I needed to get a storage unit for myself and immediately this business came to mind. I live approximately 15 mi away, with more than a dozen other storage facilities nearby but the consistent, considerate way, Andrew and a woman that is there once in awhile (name unknown) has of doing business that was the deciding factor when I needed storage. I couldn't have made a better decision. Andrew absolutely ROCKS! From start to finish, renting a U-Haul truck and getting the right storage for my needs, Andrew was efficient, friendly and helpful. He made what is usually a stressful task, much less so, absolutely awesome! In every aspect the transaction was done in top notch fashion. The trailer was in good condition for it's age. The floor was oily. Maybe a few minutes making sure the trailer was clean would have helped. The UHaul site was very slow. My simple transaction took about 10 to 15 minutes while UHaul's site tried to get past the log in page. This is not the first time I've experienced a need for patience due to a slow software system. I recommend UHaul update their public and private website to increase performance and a satisfactory user experience.Steven P.

I needed a dolly and there was No Dolly in Truck, also i was been charge for two days when i only used it for oneday only. Also customer service very poor had to wait for almost an hour and requested to talk to a manager but was told there was not one available very upset customer. My mileage spent was on six miles. My ticket says gas tank was half tank. It was on 3/8 mark. I have to spent extra twelve dollars just to put it back to half mark so I will not be charge. When I reserved on line, I waive insurance, when I check out, there was insurance fee on my ticket. Back compartment was dirty when opened the gate. I returned the equipment Saturday @ 1430 and no attendant was in the office. Office hours says till 1700. I want to see him so I can tell my complaint. No alternative but to drop the key at key box.Walter B.

I would have liked the charging process to be explained alittle better but other than that our experience was wonderful. Tiger Storage is an excellent location, the staff is so helpful n attentive, was so impressed n pleased with the staff n the storage location. Location was not convenient. Was not told they would be closed from 1-2pm. I was there at 1:05, one hour late, because I-5 was closed because of an accident. Agent told me I could drop off a any U-haul. That was NOT true. Had to wait until the next day to call U-haul and find out where. By then, after driving an additional 50 miles I was told that I need to go back to the gas station and fill it up. I had done that the night before until I had to go on a wild goose chase to return the van. Called your office to complain but was told "there is nothing we can do". U-haul is now on my DO NOT USE AGAIN LIST. I gave you the opportunity to make it right and you would do nothing.Susanne S.

No one asked me if I wanted to purchase Uhaul insurance and Tiger Storage just charged me for it without my approval. I called uhaul and they stated they could not refund me the money for insurance I never agreed to.Amber G.

Has two conflicting signs. One says no after hours drop off and then there is a box that says uhaul key drop off after hours. Might want to clarify since the only time I could drop off was after hours on the night before it was to be returned.Karolyn G.

The only thing I can say is the price could be a bit lower. I only drove 27 miles for $106.00. That seems like a lot to me but otherwise everything was great. The truck ran fine and the customer service was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.dean M.

After setting up a reservation via online, I placed a call to the location to verify time of pick-up. It was @ this time I was informed that there was no reservation; please keep in mind not only do I have a confirmation via uhaul.com but also an email. I then call Uhaul when I am told my reservation has been transferred to another location unbeknownst to me. The customer service rep then stated she would transfer me to the scheduling dept. Here, the rep. was in Washington State, I'm in California. I was then transferred AGAIN & was told that my reservation was yet at a completely different location then what I was told from the 1st customer rep. All of this transferring & false reservations is RIDICULOUS! TERRIBLE customer service!Maritza N.

Pam at the Adler site U-Haul was very pleasant and accommodating. This is an alternate location as the original location at Calvine Road did not have the truck I had reserved. Kudos to Pam at Adler site. I cannot say the same for the Calvine location which I think had poor customer service.Gerry S.

The equipment was in good safe conditions. No problems with that aspect. The bad experience we had was with the reservation, pickup of equipment. I made the reservation several months ago. When the time to pick up came I got a phone call from uhaul customer service, they told me that I have to pick up the equipment in two different locations. This added more frustration to the move. Moving an entire households across states is hard enough to have extra work.Leonardo M.
