Service Rep could use some more software training. He could've been new, I don't know. This doesn't change my rating. He was very nice and diligent to get the job done.Robert W.

Truck was not ready at reservation time, had to wait 45 minutes to receive truck. Truck fuel was almost empty when given at 1/8, but clerk put that it was 7/8 full. Had to immediately put gas to be able to make it to my destination, already running late. I never agreed to pay for insurance but $14 charge appeared on the contract and when asked about it was told to just call Uhaul, who had a 30 minutes wait time and I had no time to waste. Afterwards, noticed that cabin had some type of oil that got all over the plastic of my brand new couch, which could've been ruined if it didn't have the plastic to protect it.Benjamin C.
The clerk did not know how to do the drop off and wanted us to come back in two hours. We decided to go to another location and they wanted us to pay $85 to do a drop off at a different location. So we went back to the original location and had to wait for someone to get there to help us and in the meantime we wasted several hours of our day and had to pay extra mileage driving around trying to find a U-Haul place to drop it off at.Matthew H.

There was dog hair all over the truck. I had to stop 3 miles from the location and fill the truck up with gasoline. Smoke all over the windshield and ashes all over the floor of the truck. I had a reservation for a 10 ft and had to take a 15 ft because there were none there. Tried to charge me the 15 ft price and I refused to pay that amount.BRENDA T.

The lady who helped me barely could communicate and wouldn't listen to me I prepaid and completely preregistered online but she kept asking me same questions. It took about 25 minutes when it shouldn't have taken 5. Why waste my time doing it online?Jeremy C.
Partly clean Business too smoky, too busy and could not understand employee We were there 30 minutes waiting while she tried to figure out how to rent and wait on people and could not tell me anything about returning and said to go on line and figure out When I call they told me I had to return to where I picked up or it would cost me more. This took and hour and we had to spend more on gas to get it back there We ended up calling a Baytown location that helped us get it turned in. Larry was great there and explained everything. It was $31.00 for gas that should have only been about $10.Lydia S.

Place filled with cigarret smoke. The truck was dirty. Had been used on a chicken ranch. Smelled of farm animals. The right mirror was loose and flopped about. I had to stop at a u hall to get it adjusted. The truck was in good working order. But the inside had dirt or chicken feed not sure what. I should not have to clean it. And with covid...the steering wheel was sticky. Grossed me out.Maria A.

The attendant didn't know the process. I waited for 35 minutes to do a check out on mobile and then the pricing was incorrect. She also had to wait on other customers at the tiger mart. She called for help 3 times. I think she did the best she could, but need more training and I think she revived some misinformation when she called for help.Nisha A.
Equipment was not updated with correct miles. It was not updated with the correct amount of fuel. The inside of the equipment was not cleaned out. And even though I did a pre-check-in ... it took 45 minutes before the clerk gave me the combination to the key box ... and an additional 45 minutes to attempt to fix all of the paperwork that was wrong ... which ended in a promise that it is probably fixed and for the drop off location to call if there was an issue. AWFUL!!!!Robert B.

When I arrived at 8:30am (U-Haul service started at 8am) the person working behind the counter at the gas station did not know how the u-haul system worked and could not understand that I was renting the trailer for a one way travel. After 45 min and going to my vehicle to call u-haul, I went back inside to try again and a new worker was there that was able to process the rental. No help was provided to lift the heavy tongue of the 6x12 trailer onto my vehicle trailer hitch. The customer service was not good.Jason W.
