Called uhal center and was told I was not gonna be charged for the day since it was raining and ended up getting charged for 2 days anyway

Don't change nothing
Emil Fguy responsible at the counter was rude to me and charged the wrong card even when i told him about it. he kept trying to charge my card 4x on the wrong one and refused to listen whe i told him he’s charging the wrong one. then when i asked about a dolly he said well you should have asked prior, in the rudest tone. and if he could have said it nicely it wouldn’t be any issues and he had the nerve to throw my drivers license back at me. just overall very unprofessional
