Employees were very rude. They kept doing menial chores with no one in the store and me waiting for the keys.

I showed 10 min before my time … no one was there I spoke to the gas attendant she said give them 5 min. 10 min later I called the number on my reservation and she answered. I TOLD YOU WAIT 5 minutes was her response. I paid $152. Cause I went over the mileage but I rented at 11 am and returned 8 pm … where is the 19.95. I agreed to pay the amount with the representative due to the location being sketchy and was a little nervous

Shantell JHorrible location. Lady at the counter wouldn’t take the keys said she’s not dealing with UHaul returns that I had to do it online no service so that was not an option. Called customer service they were no help all she offered was to change drop off locations to make me drive further and charge me more. Went back a second time a guy from the back came and finally did my return which should’ve happened in the first place. Second time I’ve had a horrible experience with UHaul might have to start using a different company. 10 out of 10 would not recommend.
