They did not have the size truck I reserved and I was forced to get a smaller truck which ended up costing more money since I needed to make more trips and you charge per mile and I needed to put in more gas and the trucks wheels weren't good the engine light was on and it literally said written on the dashboard that the wheels needed maintenance

Douglas G.There was no U-haul sign to indicate were office was located, which is inside a tile shop it seems. The staff that helped me was argumentative. I indicated that there was an oil checked light but the young man argued back at me that it was untrue and that vehicle that just been serviced, the vehicle was given with no gas at all. On my return, I was told that I had used the vehicle for 22 miles I responded that I had done many more miles but the young man indicated that it was not true when I responded that if he wanted to charge me a lower amount it was ok with me. When the young man eventually checked again, I was then told that he got it wrong because I had not entered destination on the app, which I had and that was how I knew I had done 94 miles and he then argued back that I had not and instead I had done 96 miles which may be accurate but an incredible come back considering that I told him twice and had to practically convince him to check the mileage again. No, I would not recommend or come back to this location again

Travis J.El camión estaba sucio y no tenÃa candado la puerta de atrás, cuando llegue al lugar la oficina estaba sola sin nadie adentro, el A/C estaba apagado, cuando por fin llego alguien, ese señor no habla Español, no fue fácil para mi entenderme con el. La oficina cierra los sábados a las 5 pm y yo lo rente el Viernes 02 de Septiembre a las 11 am yo me complique el sábado y cuando lo lleve a devolver la oficina estaba cerrada, y no abre los Domingos, y no dan opción de entregar el camión en una sucursal, parece que Uhaul es una empresa con diferentes cerebros y cada uno obra como mejor le parezca, en fin, me vi forzado a conservar el camión por 2 dÃas y entregarlo el 3er dÃa, eso implico salir del trabajo el lunes 5 de septiembre mas temprano para alcanzar abierta la oficina y entregar el camión, para ese entonces el solo dÃa que se suponÃa iba a usar el camión se vio forzado a convertirse en 3 dÃas, por supuesto que mi presupuesto se disparo, pero gracias a Dios y a que puse la queja me devolvieron parte del dinero.

Manuel R.I got my UHaul keys late, I showed up to the place and no one was there. The shop doors were unlocked, but not a single employee and it was in the middle of the day. I waited over 40min and when someone finally came to check us in, no apology, no explanation. Most careless service and about an hour delay. It affected the rest of my moving schedule for such a simple reason that could've been avoided.

JUAN M.i rent uhauls out all the time but this is the only uhaul that i found difficult to drive the alignment was a little bit weird and the car had a very strong odor and gave me a headache while driving, and has 11mpg

Leonard N.The location had no identification signs at all. It was hard to find. And workers at the tile store (that was the location) did not even had a badge with their names. Also, there was no box to drop off the keys, I had to hand them to the workers.
