filled with gas to proper level, they never answered the phone when called to drop off, nobody was there when we arrive. Did as instructed by u-haul and the next day I had two unauthorized charges for 25.00. I still have not heard back from them after our phone conversation and calling them out on their bogus excuse to charge me. I will be following up with my bank.

Lee CIt was a holiday weekend and the location was closed when I returned the trailer, but I called and a lady called me right back and told me where to leave the trailer on the lot. The next day I received information that the trailer had been returned on time and no additional charges. The whole process was very easy and would highly recommend both locations I dealt with.
