When I arrived to pick up my trailer, there was no one there, no contact number posted, and no answer for the number listed on the Website. I had to get it dispatched by a U-Haul agent over the phone. Same thing happened when I returned the trailer, no one was there, no answer on the phone. Had to contact a U-Haul agent again for the return. No way to run a business.

HEATHER SToya stepped up to the plate and helped us when she didn’t have to. You need people like her to organize your business which is the only complaint I have. Uhaul didnt have the equipment I requested nor the information for the drop off point in Opp.
