Ricky TThis place and the ladies that assist you with the rentals are fantastic. Very inviting and always smiling. The vehicles are always ready when promised. Vehicles are clean and look well maintained. Location is great since there is a gas station within walking distance, which ensures no wasted gas when returning. I have used this place on at least three separate occasions, and I have always been satisfied.

cheryl rWhen booking the truck on the uhaul website, I chose not to have a dolly or blankets. However, the truck had a dolly and blankets in the back anyway. We were told if we use them and break the zip ties, we need to pay extra. We weren’t charged for them since we didn’t break the ties, BUT just the fact that they were in the truck was super annoying. They made it hard to put things into the truck since they were right at the entrance, and in the end they took up room that we would have liked to use. It was a way to try to make extra money off of us while robbing us of the full truck space. I would suggest not to put these things in the truck if the customer asked not to have any. We were unable to use the entire loading area due to something I already said I didn’t want.

Tina LThe lady expected us to re-park the truck and car hauler where she wanted it instead of doing it herself (including backing it into a space). She did allow us to bring back some blankets later that we thought we bought vs rented, so that was nice. She wasn’t unfriendly or anything, just I wouldn’t have expected to back in the truck and car hauler and disconnect it.
Orsel MThe 26’ truck that I scheduled would not start. Even with a jump, it wasn’t able to start. The employees were very nice about everything and got me into a 20’ truck but they need help with maintenance on their vehicles.

Timothy HDear U-Haul, Timely Treasure Thrift store are AMAZING and deserve a giant raise with a larger fleet. As a previous business owner myself(prior to 9-11 because I chose to join the Army and still serving) there are issues with corporate U-Haul and how the U-Haul Corp. treats their franchise owners. These are MY observation and NOT Timely Treasures's viewpoint. First off, your website allows for double booking so 2 or more people can reserve the same vehicles 30 minires apart which should be impossible. (This is likely due to your online reservation system not communicating with their U-Haul software) also this causes cancelations which negatively affects the business owners.
Be YUhaul should do vehicle maintenance often, to make sure under the hood is running properly. Vehicle malfunction during a move can be overwhelming for some people. Still a good company, my 1st choice
