My original location was (Pats Performance And Repair, 6757 Ramsey St., Fayetteville, NC 28311). I made the reservation online. I selected Pats due to its proximity and listed hours of operation. It was not only closed on Saturday, but that business does not deal with trailers. I called their number and Pat answered, luckily. He was great and helped me by calling the main hub for Fayetteville an they gave me a location for a trailer. However that location also did not have a trailer either. The guy at that location suggested a different UHaul location down the road, but they were closed. It is now 10am and I was scheduled to pick up my trailer at 8am. Around 10am a text message came in for me to check-in and pick up my trailer at (Timely Treasures). I had no idea my reservation was switched to them. Your online system is atrocious and so is your notification system. You really need to get your act together. I would rate my overall experience no more than 2 stars at best!
