I was charged 53.50 we barley went four miles left the site of Uhaul at 10:41 was back by 11:38 put four dollars in the gas tank to put it back to full and 12.90 miles was put on my receipt and we barley did a full four the uhaul building was 7 minutes away from me so I just feel that this operation gets over on the customer's.

My only problem with my experience was with the app. I attempted to use the 24/7 pickup/drop off through the U-Haul app on my phone. It needs some seriously work. Both pick up and drop off were difficult due to the app not accepting photos or glitching and kicking me out so I’d have to restart the whole process. Eventually I got it to go through on the pick up after about 20 minutes. But the drop off never worked and after it declined the photo for the odometer and fuel levels 10-12 times until I finally went inside and told the people at Timely Treasures Thrift Store. They were very kind and helpful and did the drop off for me. But the app needs some updating and improvement.
