Mr. Timmerman was simply a pleasure to work with. The equipment was pristine and the overall experience was simple. He was very courteous. The next I need a uhaul, I am coming here.

george carmackI just wanted to make an update statement to where I droped off my rental unit in Greenwood, SC. The Vendor who's number is 39012 was not the gentleman that was at the drop off in Greenwood they had moved to a new location and I was not given that information when I picked up the rental. The drop off place in Greenwood contacted the 39012 Vendor who came was contacted the same or following day and came by and picked up the rental unit. Iwas not made aware of this until a week later. I am sorry that I was not given the correct information, and gave a bad report on my first review.

Phillip RollinsThe service at Timmerman's was great but the truck smelled like B.O. and cigarettes. I spent most of my trip riding with the windows down because of the smell. It was awful!!! U-Haul should start offering an option to rent a truck that has not been used by a smoker, similar to hotel rooms.

Brittany FrazierA bad trailer caused is to spend 3 hours awaiting tire change. Equipment should be checked and in this case a tire was missing a chunk of rubber and eventually failed.

Josh PuckettVERY UNFRIENDLY AND RUDE.orginally midguard was suppose to have us a truck. we arrived at 8:45 am they were closed waited until 9:45 am. still no one showed up. we called several times no answer. after calling the 800 number a 15ft truck was located at Timmerman's. went there the man said no one called me, after he looked at the computer he found they did call. then very rudly tried to say it was not paid for , after looking at the computer said oh i guess it was paid. then he tossed the keys on the counter. i had to ask where is the truck. he replyed out there. well which one is it. he said one in back. he could have at least pointed us to the truck

Barry DevoreWhen I arrived to my destination at 8pm I could not get my car off yhe tow dolly due to the chain being on too tight. I called customer service around 9 to see if they could send someone out to help since every attempt was made to get it off. She could not find anyone in the area to come. By 11pm she still could not find anyone close enough to come out. A man in the apt complex came out to see if he could help. He ended up calling a friend of his. The friend arrived at 11:30 and removed the bolt holding the chain on (required special tools). I had to pay him $30. When I turned my equipment in the guy could not find my reservation so he told me I could leave and that he would "take care of it". As soon as I returned home, I called customer service to let them know when and where I turned it in. This was 11 days ago. I had to keep calling to check the status as I was getting concerned. Just yesyetday was it finally checked in. I paid $1200 for this move and it was nothing short of a nightmare! I should NOT had to pay $30 for someone to come out and should NOT had to wait 3 hours in a parking lot waiting for help to arrive!! (I was at a dead end and could not reverse with the car on the back) I will think twice before using uhaul in the future!

TIMOTHY MOOSAThe truck was super dirty, there was dog hair all over the cabin. It smelled like wet dog in the cabin and in the box truck. I had to pull over and vacuum the cabin.
