The pick up location is not in a good area and my husband and I felt in danger while picking it up. Also, they did not have the blankets and dolly that we reserved. The gentleman that helped us took a very long time to get us the truck.

Gas level was a bit lower than what I expected when I picked up. But I returned with a higher amount for the next person!

Joy EOn reservation was changed (both equipment and location) 15 minutes before pickup. I did not get the furniture blankets I was charged for, even though I challenged the fees and marked that I did not get them on equipment pickup when checking in. The phone number for assistance for the new location provided was to an out of service Verizon cell phone.
