On reservation was changed (both equipment and location) 15 minutes before pickup. I did not get the furniture blankets I was charged for, even though I challenged the fees and marked that I did not get them on equipment pickup when checking in. The phone number for assistance for the new location provided was to an out of service Verizon cell phone.
