Yall stole my money; I never used this rental; I want my refund . I was double charged; horrible experience and horrible customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThere is a big area to park and the convince store is well stocked. The lot does have some litter in it.
Daniel PThe truck was dirty and smelled of urine. Also the pre purchased extras were not in the truck ( dolly & mattress cover) and was charged for them. I had to travel to 3 different stores to get the items I needed and return the dolly to the alternate location that I had to pick it up from. Cost me more money and time
Malik DClerk was not helpful at all. Stated that he could not find my reservation and for me to call U-Haul because he was not calling. Once he finally found reservation and returned truck he added a $160 fuel charge and $15 equipment rental charge. I called U-Haul to dispute the charges and they are addressing the issue. Uhaul rep new immediately that this was not correct b/c I picked up the truck full, traveled less than 40 miles and it's reported that fuel gauge is now at less than 1/4 of a tank; impossible.
WILLIE SWorst experience and will not be doing UHaul again. I got an email the day before that my pickup location was changed so not the one I had selected. When I arrived at the store they were confused and not expecting me. I had already did the whole checkin online before and they still made me give them all the information, like phone numbers, emails, names, and license. Took 45 mins to even get the keys and then the fuel was empty so we had to go to the gas station. I had paid for a moving dolly which was not there. Instead there were furniture pads that I did not order that I was also charged for. This location needs to be removed. I was late for my move in time and my whole schedule was pushed back because of this.
