Worst experience and will not be doing UHaul again. I got an email the day before that my pickup location was changed so not the one I had selected. When I arrived at the store they were confused and not expecting me. I had already did the whole checkin online before and they still made me give them all the information, like phone numbers, emails, names, and license. Took 45 mins to even get the keys and then the fuel was empty so we had to go to the gas station. I had paid for a moving dolly which was not there. Instead there were furniture pads that I did not order that I was also charged for. This location needs to be removed. I was late for my move in time and my whole schedule was pushed back because of this.

We booked the truck because of the “moving help” convenience on the website . Picked up truck at 9 am and waited all day for Bay Town Movers from the U-Haul website that we booked with U-Haul one month prior. Bay Town Movers kept moving the arrival time later. Even told us they were on the way. Then 45 minutes later called and cancelled our move. With no other options. Needed to hire another service at a premium on a Sunday afternoon at 4:00 pm. U-Haul offered absolutely no help other than giving us a loop of support phone numbers. We are now being charged for a rental truck we never used or needed!!! How would you rate yourselves U-Haul! This is not the fault of the location pick up.

Josabet GThe pick up location is not in a good area and my husband and I felt in danger while picking it up. Also, they did not have the blankets and dolly that we reserved. The gentleman that helped us took a very long time to get us the truck.
