CARRIE SThis is not their fault, but I was not informed that when I chose the drop off location that this was only “preferred”. Uhaul changed my drop off location without telling me. This was not fair and created difficulties for me. I get the impression I am not the only one this has happened to. We did the pick up in person, so they should have told me that the drop off location I had chosen, and that was printed on my contract, was likely to change and had, in fact, had changed. I received no phone calls or texts or emails informing me of the change and only found out when I called in to drop off the vehicle.

Mikhail PThe cube truck that was rented had serious issues with the steering shaking and being difficult to turn. This was reported to the people when the vehicle was returned after the 12 hour highway trip and they said they knew about it from the previous rental but had not addressed the problem. This is a very dangerous issue at highway speeds. Clearly the staff maintaining the vehicles are a liability to the company. My business will not use them in the future...I'm concerned about staff safety and they have been told this.

Rob MThe online/app check-in process was HORRIBLE. The most frustrating thing I have ever done. No one was helpful in the chat, no one answered in a timely manner, and they would not verify I was me. It was over an hour of sitting on the phone past my pickup time. I am so thankful the local owner happened to show up on his personal time to help me. The local shop is 11/10 for service. The online check-in and customer service is 0/10.

CHARLES BRecommend you point out the « how many miles left gauge » above the gas indicator to get an accurate amount for refilling the tank.
BUCK RI always receive great service from this company. I would recommend them to anyone needing to rent a Uhaul for work or personal. The owner brushed the snow off the van for me too which was very nice.

ROBERT SThe truck broke down on the highway, leaving me stranded. I had to pay $70 out of my own pocket for a taxi, and when I asked them to reimburse me, they flat-out refused. As the grand finale, they billed me for two full days of a truck I couldn’t even drive.
ANTON MThose rolling doors are a menace if things shift. There should be an access hatch somewhere incase there are issues.
