There was no problem with the vehicle itself. While the employee there was friendly, he was evidently new there and did not have any information about our rental - even though we had ordered the rental days in advance. He did not know where the keys were once we finally got checked in with someone else over the phone. The whole process, which should have just taken 5 minutes, took almost 45 minutes. We were late to a planned event due to our late start.

Robert BI did not receive the appliance dolly or the moving pads I ordered. I picked up the truck at 8am and the location opened at 9am. I returned at 9:15am to talk to someone to pick up the items and the location was closed and no one was there. It was only me and my husband moving our home so we did not have time to wait around. We even checked the back of the other truck on site to see if maybe they were put in the wrong truck, we had no luck. When I went to return the truck I put that I DID NOT agree with the charges as I did not get the $20 worth of items I ordered, and they were still charged. I WILL be reaching out for a refund. I would not recommend this location as it was very inconvenient not to receive the items I ordered and for the location to say they open ay 9am and then no one is there.
Meghan wEverything was nice, had a glitch in my app to return the truck. Was charged for the fuel which I filled earlier. Everything else is fine, owner is friendly.
