The return place was very easy to get to. The store was very nice, but the person working was the only one there and he wasn’t really sure how to return a U-Haul after 3 o’clock,,,,, my truck wasn’t due until the next morning, but I just wanted to drop it off since I was done and be done with it. Seemed like he had to hit a ton of buttons on his phone to complete the return process, and there was so many customers needing to check out while he was trying to figure it out. But 20 minutes later he got it done (I hope).

DWIGHT WEverything was great. One Exception: There was a crack in the windshield. I took a picture before leaving, but in the online check in I could not find a place to submit that damage.

KIM Ethey do not know how to do paper work for u haul. she said the systems were down and they were not women just did not know how to do the truck rental . i had reserved the 10 foot truck was not called the day before so i call.
cynthia cI found out that your online forms to be filled out hard to read , also misleading as I was charged 20 dollars more when I went to pick up the truck, upon returning the truck, clean and with more fuel then when I picked it up . you charged me 11 dollars more because I refused to drive it 80 miles away to return it.
