I was asked to change my pick-up location to this one in Tonopah because they needed this specific truck in California. When I arrived at 6am like I reserved, the truck was absolutely filthy and the utility dolly and furniture dolly I had paid for was not in the truck. This location did not open until 10am! I talked to 6 different people from U-Haul and none of them offered any help. I was doing a move by myself so I needed the dolly’s, which is why I reserved and paid for them. I will NEVER use this location again, and I will avoid U-Haul all together if at all possible!!!

So u-haul didn’t have the truck I reserved a week before my move and I had to go with a smaller truck and a different location for pickup which made me put more miles than wanted to and I left it with more fuel then when I got it. But after spending over $200 on a U-Haul and not even getting the correct one I needed I still get charges an extra $25 because I went 24 miles past my allotted miles. NOT REALLY HAPPY!!!
