The truck had not been swept out. Which means some other family before us was possibly charged the $25 cleaning fee but I had to be the one to sweep it out. Also, I rented a 15' truck online but was told when I got to the location that 15' trucks could only be used locally so we had to get the 20' truck which was more room than we needed and more money. Wouldn't have been an issue if we could have kept the same price. Why even allow to book a 15' truck on the website knowing the pickup location and drop off location? The website knew it was local.Eric G.

The truck was dirty at Tool Man Tim's but his staff cleaned it. It was supposed to be clean prior to delivery to Tool Man Tim's facility, a vordibg to owner, Tim Reed.Christopher Z.
When calling to book this Uhaul, I talked to Cassey. She was very friendly and knowledgeable with every question I had, as I'd never rented a Uhaul before. When returning vehicle, Cassey was who I dealt with again. Was an easy and quick process. Thank you Cassey!!Lisa B.

Nothing. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. My husband and son were in an accident out of state and had to rent a U-Haul to get all of there things home. I had a very hard time picking up my truck. Sat in the parking lot for 2 hrs on th phone with customer service and finally got the key for the truck. I was told this would be easy and it was anything but. I have to say even though I was so absolutely enraged and losing patience the two women who helped me were amazing in every way.Kimberly K.

Don't appreciate the late charge. We were told the 21st (today) was not told a time, didn't really read the contract because we were busy loading trailer (18th) , traveled a full day(19th) , rained heavily the next day (20th) unloaded and delivered (21st) today. So, a little disappointed getting charged $30 for an extra few hours Other than that, it was a positive experience.Valerie M.

Easy pick up location. My issue with this truck was that is absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. I'm not sure why U-haul allows smoking in any of their trucks. This makes for a very unpleasant long drive! Also this truck needed an alignment really bad. Obviously maintenance had not been done on this vehicle as the wheel was so far off and pulled to the right.Michael M.

While this location had exceptional customer service, it was overshadowed by the fact that I should not have been there at all. My reservation was for an Owensboro KY location, and dispatch failed to send a truck there. I had to drive an hour and a half round trip to pick up the truck. Which of course through off the timing for the move. I did ask for, and received minor compensation for the inconvenience. Sometimes that's just not enough. I've since been told, this is not an unusual circumstance. Please don't treat your customers this way. There are other trucking companies we can utilize, we've chosen you. Don't make us regret the choice.Cheri S.

After hour drop off. Used app to return truck. Wish the pictures you take of the truck actually would save to your phone, your app did ask me to return the truck like 7 times after I had already returned it. The place was fast at sending me a receipt in my email the next morning.Kaitlyn S.

The drop off email ask if there was anything wrong with the hauler. Yes or no. Then didn't ask what it was. Both left tires loose air. I stopped 3 times to air them up. They need replaced.David B.

Basically I got the truck with between 1/2 and full when I returned it, i filled it up this cost me almost 150 dollars. Two weeks in a row my checking account was drained for every penny because i still owe for additional miles. Please explain how the extra 60 dollars worth of fuel i put in it doesnt matter when if i return it with less i get to pay 4 dollars a gallon. How do i owe you 58 dollars for miles if i put in an additional 60-70 dollars worth of gas. I will not be recommending your service. I went with Penske in the past and they do not treat people like this. I will go with them from now on I don't get paid till tomorrow thanks for taking the only money I had for food as an otr truck driver who sent my fiancee everything to pay the Bills leaving myself with 10 bucks for food today which you took out of my account I will not be using Uhaul ever again I'll go online tomorrow and pay off the 49 that's still left but that will be the last amount of money you will ever get out of me and my family ever again.Adam D.

I reserved a uhaul online at my hometown location over a week prior to my move date to a city 2.5 hours away. I then receive a call on the day before stating that my location will not have a truck and that the only way I could get one was in a town 50 miles away. I think the system needs to improve online so that it doesn't look like a product is available when it really isn't. And the Dollie I wanted was not available due to the location change. The location I picked and dropped off at had great service so no complaints there.Brian W.
