Absolute garbage experience for a U-Haul dealer, arrived at time set on app, and when I showed up I had to struggle to use the app because lack of service in location, after I finally got everything taken care of in the app I went to go get keys from inside business but it’s closed and open sign is turned off, I asked someone on premise if they worked here and could assist me and told they don’t deal with U-Haul stuff to call a number, I called that number and immediately got sent to voicemail and only after I left the lot do I get a call back and he tells me to come on back we’ll figure it all out, upon arriving back I was called by him again and told the truck was already out for the day and that wasn’t possible because I was staring right at it, then the original guy that told me he couldn’t help with U-Haul stuff handed me the keys and I told the guy on the phone I was good and off for the day and he said text me when I drop it off so I can help him check it in as if he didn’t know how to do his job, but nevertheless still returned back on full like agreed in app, and paid the amount for the day and got all sorted in the app and let him know and the next day I received an additional bill for another 118 dollars and was never told why, tried contacting him and no response, I never saw him at all throughout the whole deal and I can just worst experience ever with U-Haul will never be going back her and will tell everyone I know to stay far away from this place

Linda KMaybe add a sign on the door to call the number for further instructions for UHaul drop-off. Worked out smoothly for me.
DENIELLE CI was concerned with a strange noise the engine made when pressing the accelerator. Also the headlights seem badly out of adjustment.
