Truck was not at location, had to drive twice as far to pick up and I paid for dolly and none there.

After dealing with JEFF and his rude comments about how he could make more money off another customer moving to another state, he was upset that customer service adjusted the price of the 20ft truck to the 10ft price. It was not my fault he was unable to locate the appropriate equipment. Also he text messaged me multiple times the day prior to my scheduled rental wanting my credit card information via text to an unidentified phone #. His messages were unprofessional and so was the condescending remarks he made. Every interaction with JEFF was inappropriate. I will not use or recommend this location again. I made my reservation 3 weeks in advance. I will contact customer service for clarity, I am concerned with the invoice I received. It appears to reflect an equipment rental charge that I did not rent. This should have been so simple.
