The best experience I've ever had with U-Haul! The manager, Ms. Nichols, was amazing—friendly, professional, and incredibly easy to communicate with. She made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. If I ever need to rent another U-Haul, I'll definitely return to this location. Even though there's another location closer to me, I'll still choose this one because of the outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!
