Run away. Truck parked in backlit with no instructions to get into it. Truckshare is a joke if the people don't do their jobs. Three hours to get the code to get the keys. Three storage reservations were garbage when arrived at first reserved storage the manager zac tells me that they don't keep track of storage. So 24 hr delay next day uhaul rep claims he's got it when I arrive. none. I had to get my own unit in which is far away and horrible. Thank you uhaul. You screwed my move so bad. I have been loyal for 20 yeara. This is by far the worst moving experience of my life.Erich J.

Worker was friendly and very helpful but this is the second time this year (2 different locations) where the drop off address I gave was not the one chosen and i was forced to either pay a fee for dropping off at different location or drive out of my way to drop it off where they chose for me instead of the address I chose.Sarah F.

The truck that I rented 3 -4 weeks prior to my pick up date was not available (even though I had a confirmation email for it) so I had to take a different sized truck. The amount of my receipt attached to the customer survey email was for $154.48 yet my credit card was charged $199.44. I replaced the gas that I used during my rental day so I'm not sure why the additional billing. Courteous help when I originally went to pick up the truck. I do appreciate that.Derek R.
If I make a reservation to pick up at a location using the website, I expect it to be available. I had to drive an additional 20 miles to pick up my truck that only gave me a 40 mile limit before I would be charged for extra miles. My drop off location that was on the website when making my reservation isn't even in business anymore, so I had to once again drive an additional 20 miles for.
