Windshield had sap on it, but other than that, no complaints. Oh - the bottom tie rail had bolts missing which made tying items more creative, but it would have been easier if they were not missing. Everything was manageable.

The truck smells and I didn’t fell safe driving it backing up sounds like the drive shaft was filling apart the truck was all over the road
Debra DDid not have the furniture dolly requested and I did not need the hand cart that was substitute. The hand cart was removed before I left but the cost of the furniture dolly was still included. Also I drove 19 miles and I put in 2.68 gallons of gas which should have been enough. I took a picture before and after of the gas gage and it was almost identical yet I was still charged for 3 gal of gas.

Linette WNot sure if I'd recommended after hour drop offs or pick ups. The total experience was one I'll never forget. Im pretty sure no one wants to wait hours on the phone in the heat or have their appointment switched without them being informed prior. ALL YOU DID WAS WASTE TIME.
