Did not have the furniture dolly requested and I did not need the hand cart that was substitute. The hand cart was removed before I left but the cost of the furniture dolly was still included. Also I drove 19 miles and I put in 2.68 gallons of gas which should have been enough. I took a picture before and after of the gas gage and it was almost identical yet I was still charged for 3 gal of gas.
