Not sure if I'd recommended after hour drop offs or pick ups. The total experience was one I'll never forget. Im pretty sure no one wants to wait hours on the phone in the heat or have their appointment switched without them being informed prior. ALL YOU DID WAS WASTE TIME.

No one would come help my family when we dropped it off. It took an extra 10 minutes to finally find someone and then you charge me for an extra day.
