This is my second dealing with dropping off to this location. Both times that I had called to talk to them. Nobody spoke English and they hung up on me. Once was in November, and this time was in May. They don’t even try to communicate with people who speak English. It was very aggravating. Will never have another deal dealing with them again!

I wasn’t sure I was at the correct location. It had zero U-Haul signage. Inside was a Mexican maker and tacoria, which was real cool but still nothing to do with U-Haul. The three women who were in there working spoke no English and had to call and ask two other people what to do . So I basically trusted in GOD and that yall said this was the correct spot and dropped the trailer off. So I am very glad everything worked out. Thank you
