Devin C.I returned the truck with as much fuel as I picked it up with. Then was hit with a charge for filling the truck up. I am unsure if it is the locations fault, but I was told when I dropped it off that I was good to go with what was in it when I dropped it off.

Michael J.I read my agreement and returned truck with correct amount of fuel. The pprwk said I would need around 14-16 gallons to get it back to point where it was when I rented. I put 20 gallons of gas and returned it to later be charged $95. Paperwork wasn't accurate or someone scammed me there. Never had this happen with Uhaul before and I have used Uhaul for years!

Keith A.The truck I rented was blocked in by other trucks and trailers and the location was not open so they could be moved. I had to physically push trailers out of the way and maneuver a 26 ft truck out of a small spot. All while under a time constraint. Was not a great start!
Ralph K.I came in, asked the employee how he was doing, and he responds with "go ahead with it." Informed him I had a trailer to return. He told me to just go put it on a line of other Uhauls in the back of the shop and went back into the shop without saying anything else. He wasn't very helpful, didn't meet me out back to check the equipment, and didn't give any indication that I needed to do anything else. After checking it was in good condition myself and disconnecting, I left the location, but the interaction left me wondering if I needed to take a photo of the trailer in the lot for fear that they would state I didn't return it on time, or at all. Luckily there were not extra charges on my checkout receipt, but that was posted 2 days later on my email.
