JARRETT SI have used U-Haul more than 10x, and this was the worse experience I have had and will never use them again unless at a site with a person present. The online app kept crashing and making me redo things, between the pickup and return added an hour to my day that I already didn’t have to give up. Too many pictures, online people wouldn’t respond, local number not answered when I called 2-3 times and voice mail full. Worst customer experience I can even imagine. I run my own 50 million dollar business, if my employees gave this kind of service people would be without a job. Re-evaluate your app, responses way to slow or non-existent or even if responding vague. App wouldn’t respond many times over and crashed even though I had great bars and everything else working fine. You probably have a hosted service on A webserver from Amazon or similar, doesn’t have enough bandwidth. Very frustrating experience as I am in tech.

FREDDIE WThere are too many vehicles and trailers on the property that made it difficult to maneuver around property to drop off trailer. This must be a popular drop off for Broken Arrow.

JAMI SScheduled a friend to come pick me up and drop me at the u haul location. There was a card board sign on the door that said back at 4:30 when I arrived at 1pm. The u-haul went about 3 miles down the highway before the check engine light came on and the cruise didn’t work.

DAVID DBob was so nice to work with. Vehicle was in amazing shape and made the moving experience all the better. Highly recommend Bob to anyone looking for a truck to get some moving done.

April RI was scheduled to pick up at 1. I had arrived 20 minutes early at 12:40, there was a sign in the door that said be back in 15 minutes. No one showed up until 1:10.
STEVEN BIt was closed despite being open until 7 pm. It was uninviting and packed.
Dirk VTiny lot that was fully packed with return rentals. Sign on door stated returning at 5 pm. I returned a 26' truck with 12' trailer attached and there was no space to return the equipment. Did the best I could to park equipment in the lot provided. No one was on site to provide assistance or give instructions as to the best location to park the truck and trailer. Did the best I could with what was available to work with. I would recommend returning larger equipment to a different location.

jim w2nd time in a month I rented a 26 foot U-Haul and there was no windshield washer fluid. The wipers were streaking and need to be changed. The ABS brake light went on and off the first day making the cruise control useless. On return the check engine light went on. Disappointing to say the least.

TYLER TFirst off, using the app is not as easy and user friendly as stated. Once we got in the truck, the service engine light was on and inside of cab was a little nasty. Driving the truck we noticed the brakes were very spongy. Not well maintained. Truck should not have been rented for a long haul.

JUNINA Ldid not attach my car correctly to the trailer. the people in denver made fun of how bad the job he did was when i went to return the uhaul. place was derelict, run down, and dirty. this place needs to be shut down.
SEAN CThe positive on the rental was the equipment was in good working order. The issue was that when arrived at the rental contract location. They did not have the equipment for rental. They told us that we needed to drive approximately 1miles to pick up our reserved equipment. The representatives at 61st & Lewis told us this was our error, when clearly U-Haul was the issue. No apology for their issue, not keeping a trailer in stock that we reserved, became our issue.

Jonathan SClean up the location or close it. It was like a cave; burned out lights, dust everywhere, and the most sloppy appearance I've seen. The lot is very uneven and cramped, making it difficult to connect the trailer. I rent trailers several times yearly from U-Haul and other rental agencies. U-Haul's push to have everything work through the app, on a self-service basis might be viable, if the app worked reliably and the locations were maintained. In the future, if what I need is not available at the store on W. New Orleans (which is among the best), I'll go to Home Depot or an independent.

ASHLEY CI dropped off the truck 2 days early. The Mgr comes out and has me move the truck back 3-4 ft. That's not my job after I hand you the keys. He says your good. No paperwork. Today I got a bill for $160.00. He said I was missing blankets. I told him about the experience picking it up. The guy didn't give them to me. I got a bill in my email. No way would I ever refer any of these businesses. Uhaul you are terrible for not checking them or having standards.

ASHTON PI witnessed a complaint by a customer about the truck they rented and they were told that a work order for repair would be written up, not five minutes later the same truck was rented out to two females and was told the truck runs fine and everything works,
