I did a contactless reservation. Pick up was fine. The issue was at drop off. As I was completing the drop off one of the employees or the owner (I’m still not sure) verbally harassed me, called me the B word and threatened to have my personal vehicle towed for absolutely no reason. It was a contactless reservation. There was no need for him to approach me at all so the fact that he was hostile and disrespectful to me is still hard to believe. I would not recommend this location to a friend because the customer service was horrid.
SECRET GLocation says 24/7 drop off and I did at 6am. There were no lights on at the facility and no clear instructions of where to park truck.
