Everything went great. The arrangement of the vehicles could be a little more accessible but I was able to manage. The fuel tank was not topped off, so therefore when I put gas back in it. I put a little too much because I wasn't for sure where the stopping point should be. You don't get credit because of extra gas you put back in the tank.

Customer Reviews
Floorboards of truck were covered in mud and cabin smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. I highly recommend this location because Bob the manager is one of the best Uhaul managers I've ever dealt with..
i like here
Didn't see much to improve. There was plenty of vehicles there and the gentleman was very nice.
Bob is a good guy and he makes sure you have what you need. He cares about the equipment and that it is ready to go when you need it. I would recommend this location.
Not that the location was that much at fault. Truck had 1\4 tank gas and I had to drive from B.A. to Sapulpa to pick up my load. On the way in through Arkansas while at a stop light with my foot on the break the engine rpm went up and back tires spun so I quickly put it in neutral. It idle down and then did it again while I was there stopped. This was a scary experience.
Mr Ahmed walked me through the whole process & made sure I understood all the ins & outs of the truck. He helped guide me out of the location. He made the checking out & back in very easy.
Bob is amazing guy to rent from. He works really hard to work with my schedule and having this trailer to rent when I need it. Very accommodating!
The manager helped me hook up the trailer and sent me a copy of the contract but I had to unhook it myself(which was no big deal). He said he would email my release copy but I have not yet received it.

Excelente servicio!!!
Not necessarily this site, but the set up for the rental through your smart phone is a bit tedious.
The property was crowded with rental equipment and was difficult to access the trailer that I was needing to rent. You simply need more parking space.
Great customer service. Went out of his way to ensure I was taken care of. Thank you.
We were charged for gas when we filled it up. Representative was rude when we picked up the vehicle.
The car trailer had a blowout within the first 100 miles. The vehicle securement straps came off the tires several times. We finally got some ratchet straps to hold it on the trailer.
Polite and very helpful. Will definitely do business here again.
This was my best experience with Uhaul to date! For what seemed to be a one-man operation it seemed to be the smoothest rental experience I've had with you. this will definitely be my number one location to rent from in the future.
The Dealer was pleasant and very knowledgeable
So easy to use, equipment available as needed, owner extremely helpful and made the experience positive. Will use again for moving needs.
Couldn't help us with a discount for the truck breaking down or when I would receive my deposit back
I arrived to drop the trailer before opening. I tried to put the trailer next to the other trailers, but there was no room to maneuver. I put the trailer next to a truck away from any driveways or building entrances. As I was unhooking the trailer, the owner/worker arrived pointing and telling us to move the trailer. Then proceeded to get confrontational with my elderly father about how we needed to move it or he would have it towed. I had already unhooked and checked it into U-haul in a place stated by u-haul to leave it. For the cost of $1100 to rent and the problem with reserving it 21 days prior and having to drive round trip 7 hours to pick up the trailer prior to my 1700 mile move. There should have been some there unhooking and thanking me for my business. Not complaining and telling me he isn't making money U-haul is. I would highly recommend using a different U-haul location.
Everything was good
Make sure the ac works or is on so people waiting isnt sweating the buts off waiting make sure that reservations dont overlap each other thenn tell the person there to pick up a trailer that they have to have it back by the end of the day or they cant have it. And dont get me started on the first one i went to where the guy working there was very rood and after 30 min tells me that they dont even have what i need. I use uhaul a lot and im about to start looking elsewhere for trailers.
Clean and service equipment, agent was very friendly and accommodating. Told truck had just arrived from Arizona with low mileage for our approximately 1800 mile journey. Trailer required use of emergency assistance prior to departure from residence as left side tire strap was over spooled and tied around spline with all slack pulled through, equired lubrication to get tie down to release. Putting us four hours behind schedule. Truck had two issues, Jake brake wouldn't disengage, and electrical gauge issues, oil gauge jumped low to high multiple times before going out entirely 1/3 into our trip, with entire digital portion displaying only an oil can. After pulling over multiple times on freeway, checking oil, after restarting first several times displayed normal for 5 to 25 miles first four times, before going out entirely. Needless to say, mental anguish when in the middle of nowhere isn't pleasant! Realize issue with a new Ford isn't UHAUL fault, but, it would be nice to see UHAUL make some reconciliation.
