We were charged for gas when we filled it up. Representative was rude when we picked up the vehicle.

Raymond H.

The car trailer had a blowout within the first 100 miles. The vehicle securement straps came off the tires several times. We finally got some ratchet straps to hold it on the trailer.

Polite and very helpful. Will definitely do business here again.

This was my best experience with Uhaul to date! For what seemed to be a one-man operation it seemed to be the smoothest rental experience I've had with you. this will definitely be my number one location to rent from in the future.

Randell F.

The Dealer was pleasant and very knowledgeable

So easy to use, equipment available as needed, owner extremely helpful and made the experience positive. Will use again for moving needs.

Couldn't help us with a discount for the truck breaking down or when I would receive my deposit back

I arrived to drop the trailer before opening. I tried to put the trailer next to the other trailers, but there was no room to maneuver. I put the trailer next to a truck away from any driveways or building entrances. As I was unhooking the trailer, the owner/worker arrived pointing and telling us to move the trailer. Then proceeded to get confrontational with my elderly father about how we needed to move it or he would have it towed. I had already unhooked and checked it into U-haul in a place stated by u-haul to leave it. For the cost of $1100 to rent and the problem with reserving it 21 days prior and having to drive round trip 7 hours to pick up the trailer prior to my 1700 mile move. There should have been some there unhooking and thanking me for my business. Not complaining and telling me he isn't making money U-haul is. I would highly recommend using a different U-haul location.

Everything was good

Make sure the ac works or is on so people waiting isnt sweating the buts off waiting make sure that reservations dont overlap each other thenn tell the person there to pick up a trailer that they have to have it back by the end of the day or they cant have it. And dont get me started on the first one i went to where the guy working there was very rood and after 30 min tells me that they dont even have what i need. I use uhaul a lot and im about to start looking elsewhere for trailers.

Clean and service equipment, agent was very friendly and accommodating. Told truck had just arrived from Arizona with low mileage for our approximately 1800 mile journey. Trailer required use of emergency assistance prior to departure from residence as left side tire strap was over spooled and tied around spline with all slack pulled through, equired lubrication to get tie down to release. Putting us four hours behind schedule. Truck had two issues, Jake brake wouldn't disengage, and electrical gauge issues, oil gauge jumped low to high multiple times before going out entirely 1/3 into our trip, with entire digital portion displaying only an oil can. After pulling over multiple times on freeway, checking oil, after restarting first several times displayed normal for 5 to 25 miles first four times, before going out entirely. Needless to say, mental anguish when in the middle of nowhere isn't pleasant! Realize issue with a new Ford isn't UHAUL fault, but, it would be nice to see UHAUL make some reconciliation.

Bily M.

Truck was clean but had mechanical problems in the front end. The truck pulled hard to the right while driving and made sudden jerks when applying the brakes. The truck should not be allowed on the road until repaired.

This process from online to in person was completely misleading and disappointing. I received the worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. I expected to pay $19.95 for a rental and whatever additional fee for gas if needed. When I showed up my quote jumped all the way to $45. $19.95 for the rental plus a $10 insurance which was optional online, but apparently mandatory if you select a cargo van, and I was not told until I showed up to pick up the van. My original estimate for gas was $10 at the most. It was brought up to be charged by mileage which was WAY MORE $$ than what was actually used for LESS THAN 2 hours of actually driving. All of this brought my total to $61.70 for less than an afternoon of moving. I have used u-haul in the past to move and when quoted 19.95, it has been 19.95–same vehicle, same time window. This will be the last time I use u-haul and I definitely will not recommend this particular location to anyone.

Great experience! Will definitely use this location again.

Maybe next time I shouldn't have to hook up my own trailer and pull it out of the back lot

Store was closed during open hours.. didn't answer calls well when we phoned. Helpful in person.

Andrew W.

He was frantic because he couldn't navigate to the inventory and as a result I was 50 min late to leave and was still asked to be in by three. Poor

Charles F.

The online process to pick up truck wasn't very user friendly. Much easier to go inside

James M.

Great Family friended organization, recommended to everyone i know 👍

I felt rushed. The truck was filthy. When I got the truck home there was NOT a utility dolly inside. I tried calling the store no one answered. I drove back to the store and there was a sign on the door. "Be back in 15 mins." I drove back by 20 mins later and no one was there and the door was locked. I kept calling for over an hour an no one answered. Luckily I found another Uhaul location. Just happened to be the "corporate office" The lady behind the counter went above and beyond to help me. I will use her location in the future. I will NEVER go back to 321 S. Elm. HORRIBLE customer service.

Nothing. These guys were great.

Terrible website. When asked when I'd return the unit, I just arbitrarily selected a time. I knew it was a 24 hour rental, and it never occurred Uhaul would book this for another person based upon my "guesstimate ". Uhaul..shame on you for not making it extremely clear to me what may occur. Someone did in fact book this for my estimated time of return. They were extremely upset when this unit was not available. Then, when the owner guessed at my return, he was wrong, and the system tried to charge me for another day. I get's all about revenue stream, but your website did not clearly point this out.

Leslie M.

I could only give an average score as there was no one there when we returned the trailer. There were trucks in the way, so we had to park the trailer off to the side. Although the agent was there to help load the trailer, he would not come over(he lives next door) to help us unload it. I had to use my truck jack to get the trailer off my truck. As soon as we pulled out we saw the agent walking over to inspect the trailer. So yes, if you're looking to rent a truck, I would recommend. The location is very handy. If you're just renting a trailer, bring your own help to unload it.
